What kind of support will I receive?
4D will offer:
1) Pre-opening Training – Our operational team will make sure that you are ready to run your store in line with 4D quality standards from day one!
2) Post opening Assistance - Upon the opening of your store, we will provide you with an experienced resource to stay on site with you and guide you through your first week of operation.
3) Ongoing support from 4D’s staff - We want you to feel confident with your daily operations; guidance and support are never more than a phone call or email away. In addition you will receive on a constant basis operational updates from our Franchise development team and on-site support from our 4D support team.
